- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging.

- Customized or personalized products (logos, designs, colors, sizes)

- Used, washed, or damaged items caused by customer handling

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue. After verification, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
